Anyone less than 18 years of age must have parent sign the rental contract to rent Kayaks, Paddle Boards, and Row Boats.
You must be at least 21 years of age to rent power boats up to 35 hp.  All powerboats 40 hp or more drivers must be at least 27 years old
Number of Drivers:
No one may ride in or operate a Kayak, Paddle Board, Row Boat, or Aqua Scooter without being present for the rental orientation at the time of rental. Maximum occupancy is noted on all contracts and no one is allowed to exceed these limits.
No pets of any kind are allowed on any watercraft.
All watercraft must stay in at least 3 feet of water and are never to be beached. If you beach any watercraft you will be held liable for any damage and the cost of damage will be taken from the security deposit or charged to the renters credit card.
Life Vests:
Any person renting or riding on any watercraft must wear a USCGA life vest at all times, this includes all adults and all children. Vest are included with most rentals.
All watercraft must stay within 50 feet of shoreline and not venture to middle of the lake.
